|Just twenty-five days until Christmas|
|Fresh asparagus for breakfast|
|On a shallow baking pan lay out fresh|
stalks of asparagus, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil,
season with pinches of salt and pepper.
Roll asparagus in oil to coast seasoning and oil on
all side of veg.
|Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.|
Place in hot oven
400 degree for 15 minutes.
|While asparagus bakes, gather eggs, milk|
and seasoning for scrambled eggs.
|Scramble and keep warm.|
|Once asparagus is finished roasting|
add to plate first and top with scrabbled egg mixture.
