Corny Beef

Happy St. Patricks Day!

Today's meal is
can you guess?
Boiled potatoes, cabbage
and corned beef...

with soda bread of course!

I LOVE this meal
and seem to make it only
once a year.

Even though my eyes are green
I still like to wear it too.
