I miss summer days near the pacific ocean!
The 'rock beach' that was my favorite
place to find paintable surfaces

The sound of the waves upon the sand

The feel of the sand between my toes
just after the surf had been there.

I think I took for granted
the pacific ocean
while I lived so very close to it
a few years back.
