Another Crocheted Snood! |
![]() |
Using my 2.75 MM hook and a fine 100% cotton thread again. |
This larger cotton thread snood will be better to wear during the fall/winter I think. It is very thick. |

I'm happy with how it turned out. Once again, I used the very same method of gathering the snood with elastic round cord and knotting the two ends together once size is adjusted. |

Finished the smaller of the two snoods! |
View of snood from above. |
I used round cord elastic to gather the snood tighter with a... |
plastic tapestry needle. I simply knotted the two ends of elastic together and tucked under snood while wearing it. |
I've started another crocheted snood, but this time I'm using fine 100% cotton thread. |
I'm very happy with how it's coming along at this point. |
I'm thinking I will make a few of these too. |
I really like how this looks of this one. It's my very own creation/pattern. I will make a tutorial of this one too, very soon... |
I'm not sure if I like this size hook, I'm thinking I'll go smaller for the next one. |
I just finished crocheting this snood for my costume for the faire. Snood are like 'hair nets'. They are worn on the head and keep the head and hair covered. |
I made if with 100% cotton thread... |
I still need to sew in a drawstring. |
I will be adding a DIY tutorial on how to make these sometime within the next week... |
